The Chipped Potato is a family owned fish and chip shop established in 2014
by father, Ritchie Gorman, son, Stewart and daughter, Katherine. Fresh ingredients are all locally sourced and are cooked to order by friendly and experienced staff in our clean and modern premises in Knockmore Square, Lisburn.

It means going back to the times when fresh, locally sourced ingredients where the norm and when cooking from fresh was the only way. While also looking to the future by adding new twists to old classics, inventing new dishes, or catering for wheat intolerances.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
- Order Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel their orders within 5 minutes of placing them without any charge. Please call us at 02892 679 139 to cancel an order.
- Refund Policy: If the order is cancelled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Orders cancelled after 5 minutes may not be eligible for a refund.
- Order Modifications: Any modifications to an order should be made within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed and my be subject to additional charges.

- Special Requests: Special or customized orders (e.g., large catering requests) require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation to be eligible for a refund.
- Eligibility for Returns: Given the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- Quality Issues: If you receive an order with quality issues (e.g., spoiled items, incorrect order), please contact us within 1 hour. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with photos if possible.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we may offer: Replacement item(s), credit towards a future order, or a full or partial refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been partially consumed, or orders that have been altered after delivery, are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue.

- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for the following scenarios: Orders that have been cancelled within the allowable cancellation period (see or Cancellation Timeframe).Orders that arrive in a poor condition or do not meet our quality standards. Orders delivered with incorrect items or missing products.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Processing Refunds: Approved refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Orders that have been consumed or altered in any way after delivery will not be eligible for a refund unless there is a clear quality issue.
